This was the first time I ordered flowers from House of Flowers and I have to say I was extremely impressed with the flowers and the delivery person. The flowers were for my daughter and son-in-law’s anniversary. My daughter sent me a picture immediately after receiving them and said how beautiful they are and how sweet the lady was that delivered them. The fact that I ordered them later in the evening and asked if they could be delivered early afternoon the next day if possible and they were amazed me. Thank you so much!! I will buy from them again without hesitation!!

The bouquet was absolutely beautiful and delivered to the hospital with care. While they were not able to initially deliver it as the patient had not been assigned a room, they reached out to me to let me know they weren't able to deliver it on the first attempt and delivered it at a later time. Great customer service and a beautiful product!

Only flower shop in Lincoln that I use! I have never been disappointed!
