The bouquet was absolutely beautiful and delivered to the hospital with care. While they were not able to initially deliver it as the patient had not been assigned a room, they reached out to me to let me know they weren't able to deliver it on the first attempt and delivered it at a later time. Great customer service and a beautiful product!
