Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us to ensure availability.

The designer did a great job with the arrangement. It was a beautiful Valentine's Day bouquet. Worth the $125 I spent on it. My wife loves it. I only withheld one star because I ordered the arrangement two weeks in advance with a request for a morning delivery so it wouldn't cut into our plans later on in the day. So I was disappointed that they weren't delivered until 2:50 in the afternoon. There was no way to track them and when I tried to call the florist, the call went straight to voicemail. I just didn't need that stress on such an important day. I know that there is never a guarantee on delivery time, but that far into the afternoon made me feel unappreciated as a customer.

After a week in the hospital, my colleague returned from home to this fantastic arrangement. The Designer's Choice was the perfect selection because it allowed the team at House of Flowers to work their magic. You all knocked it out of the park!!!
