My experience ordering from House of Flowers was excellent. I'm out of state and ordered flowers for a family member in town. On the day of delivery, House of Flowers attempted delivery, but no one was home. They called me to inquire about the best plan for assuring the flowers were received (and not left out in the cold). I appreciated their care and consideration so much. What's more, the flower arrangement was even more beautiful than what the online picture showed. I'd happily order with them again! They have my trust and appreciation.

The flowers were delivered on time and were beautiful. Unfortunately, the gift card was left off.
